When the inspirational Michael Valentin stepped up to the microphone after a unanimous decision victory against Demetrius Wilson earlier, not many people would have predicted his next move.
Rather than speak about his impressive 4-0 record, the 18-year-old revealed his awe-inspiring secret - he was fighting with a colostomy bag.
He later revealed that he was born with an intestinal disease called Hirchsbrung - a birth condition in which nerves are missing from parts of the intestine.

You can watch his incredible speech below:
Valentin grabbed the microphone and uttered one of the most inspirational speeches we've ever seen in sport.
"I'm a going to take a break after this fight," he said. "I know it's going to hurt me, but, all my life, I dealt with adversity."

"I always fought with a colostomy bag. And for everybody who thinks I'm lying, look at me right now, I got a colostomy bag."
As you can see in the footage above, the emotional young fighter pulled his shorts down to reveal a plastic bag attached to his stomach.
"I'm a f***ing fighter. I fight for anything. After this fight, I'll be going on to surgery. I'll be out for about eight months, nine months to recover, but I'll be back.

"I'm going to recover. I'll be strong and I'll give it to anybody. I'm a f***ing warrior."
Valentin will now undergo surgery on his intestines and should be back in the ring in around nine months.
We wish Michael all the best on his road to recovery.
