Tottenham have just staged a brilliant comeback to beat Ajax 3-2 on aggregate in the Champions League semi-final.

It was all thanks to Lucas Moura, who scored in the dying moments of the game to give Tottenham a one goal lead.

They came back from two goals down on the night to defeat Ajax and win the tie on away goals.

After losing the first leg 1-0 in London, the Spurs lost two more goals before a spectacular hat trick from Lucas Moura saw them snatch victory at the death.

Spurs left-back Danny Rose said after the match: "Well, we saw Liverpool last night, and it goes to show it's not over until it's over. We were still disappointed from the first leg. There were a few words said at half-time.

"The gaffer doesn't mind losing, but we have to lose in the right way. Even if we hadn't have won tonight, he'd have been very proud of how we finished the game. And now we are in the final!"

The players were overcome with emotion when the final whistle blew and manager Mauricio Pochettino could barely stand he was so over the moon.

The Times' Alan Tyers wrote of the battle: "That is one of the great matches, one of the great comebacks, and surely Tottenham's best ever night in European football. Simply incredible. They have managed to pinch it at the last. They are delirious, the Ajax lads are in tears and why would they not be."

This means there will be an all-England Champions League final on June 1 between Tottenham and Liverpool - who completed a similar stunning comeback last night against Barcelona.

Needing to overturn a 3 - 0 deficit from the first leg, the Reds managed to score four goals to see off their opponents, whose ranks included such luminaries of the modern game as Lionel Messi and former Liverpool star Luis Suarez.

But the Spurs are no strangers to comebacks in the Champions League, having beaten Manchester City three weeks ago.

With City taking a 3-2 lead into the second half, Sergio Agüero stepped up and fired his side's fourth in to put them ahead 4-3 on aggregate.

However, Fernando Llorente added his name to the scoresheet to put Spurs level with City on aggregate at 4-4.

So get yourselves ready for a match that will be one hell of a showdown.
