Remember Adam King, the adorable six-year-old Cork boy who won the nation's heart after his appearance on last year's Late Late Toy Show? Well, he's only gone and landed himself his own TV show - and really, with a face that cute, is it any surprise?
Adam will be the face and namesake of a new cartoon entitled Adam :heart: Adventure which will be set in space and inspired by Adam's own interstellar dreams.
Other characters slated to appear include Speedy, his wheelchair and Bubby, his toy rabbit, who will join Adam on his intergalactic adventures.
Adam's father David King recently appeared on Ireland AM speaking about the announcement of the show's development: "This project has been such a labour of love for all of us, for our whole family, for all the team."
"It's funny, when we read it in the media the other day, it's only when you take real stock of the significance of it," he continued.

Once a pilot has been finalised the producers plan to shop it around to broadcasters such as Virgin Media and RTÉ as well as streaming behemoths like Netflix. With a leading man as charismatic as Adam, we expect they'll be chomping at the bit to get their hands on the rights to air the show.
"Adam is our hero," said proud dad David. "Adam has always been our hero and but to be the first animated hero as a wheelchair user from Ireland, it's real breaking the glass ceiling kind of stuff.
"We're so proud. We're really excited about it."
The star himself, Adam, is pretty pleased with his latest career opportunity too it would seem. "Well I was really surprised and really happy," he said on the topic.
"I'll be going on adventures with Bubbly and I might be finding new planets and stuff." We're not crying, you're crying!
