According to the campmates, one of the hardest parts of being on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! is being away from their families.
I mean, for me, it would definitely be eating any part of an animal's genitals while Ant and Dec stand there taking the piss, but each year, we see teary-eyed celebrities talking about how much they miss their loved ones back home, and we're all familiar with the reaction when someone is sent a tape.
However, eagle-eyed viewers reckon Dennis Wise and Rebekah Vardy have been sneakily communicating with their loved ones throughout the show.

Viewers reckon that 50-year-old Dennis makes a little gesture to let his family know he's thinking of them. In snaps captured and shared on social media, Dennis can be seen placing his right over his heart when Ant and Dec mention his name - and he can be pretty sure the cameras are on him.
He was also spotted tapping his chest with his fingers while the hosts are talking to him.

Meanwhile, Rebekah's 'hidden' message is a little less low-key, as viewers spotted that the footballer's wife had drawn a heart and the letter 'U' on her hat in charcoal.

Clearly a cheeky little message to her loved ones back home. She might take that sentiment back when she learns that her husband Jamie has actually been voting for her to take part in the Bushtucker Trials.
While taking part in a trial with Jamie Lomas, Rebekah said: "If my husband's voted me to do this, he's so dead."
