EuroMillions Winner Jane Park Is Flooded With Valentine's Day Requests After Twitter Post

Who can actually be arsed with dating at the moment? It can't just be me feeling like this. But what about on the day of love itself? Maybe there are a few people out there who just want a bit of attention on Valentine's Day, y'know the 24 hours when we're conditioned to feel like we should...

One of those people is EuroMillions winner Jane Park who posted a lonely tweet questioning why more people hadn't asked for her address to send cards. Presumably (and, hopefully) she was just joking.

This comes after the lotto winner from Edinburgh launched a website in a bid to find herself a man - and was offering a whopping £60,000 ($77,000) per year to the chosen bloke.

But the post worked in the 23-year-old's favour because she ended up getting flooded with requests for her address from potential suitors.

One person responded to her tweet saying: "I'd ask for your address and send you valentines cards."

Another added: "You can slide into my direct messages."

And a third turned the tables, joking: "Well I take it you must know mine and your cards in the post to me."

Who says romance is dead?

The whole thing is set to be the centre of an upcoming documentary (it figures) which is set to air at some point this year.

Speaking to The Mirror, a source revealed that Jane's decision to arrange this rather unconventional set-up comes following a string of failed relationships.

In 2012 Jane was Britain's youngest lottery millionaire.

Back in 2016, she split with X Factor finalist Sam Callahan following reports of him cheating. And her relationship with footballer Jordan Piggott ended in heartbreak too.

The source said: "Jane is amazing and has so much to give but she has found herself alone again as since she won, she's had terrible luck.

"She's never sure whether she is being loved for herself or for her bank balance. So she would rather have the arrangement out in the open.

"Jane has a tendency to be insecure sometimes and worries about people's motives. She is willing to pay the right price for someone loyal."

Well, the best way to find a loyal partner is surely to financially bribe them. You're onto a winner there, Jane... and hinting for people to send you cards - another classic.
