This is sad news. Very sad news.

"Led the pack then off the track at the bend, we learnt that all good things do truly come to an end." - Ian Brown. Perhaps the Manchester musician's words have never seemed so poignant as now.

News has broken that Drake and Josh are no more as they've cut ties. A moment of silence, please.

Drake Bell and Josh Peck once entertained the world. Two step-brothers who were polar opposites, but eventually became best of friends. Two boys who grew into men. Two legends. Two heroes. There's a never ending amount of plaudits you can throw at the pair.

But, when their show ended on Nickelodeon and they'd milked enough movies out of it, they went quiet. Josh, like many others, became obsessed with Vine, and lost a load of weight for good measure.

Drake, on the other hand, was arrested once upon a time for drink driving.

Of course, they each had various film and television roles.

But none of that matters, because it's all fucked. It's gone. It's done. Finished.

Over the weekend Josh truly came of age when he married longtime girlfriend Paige O'Brien. They apparently tied the knot on Saturday in a low key ceremony, where Josh's Grandfathered co-stars John Stamos and Nicole Golfieri attended.

Yeah, great. But where's Drake? Could he not make it? Was he busy writing songs?

Nah, none of that. He wasn't invited.

We don't know why, and neither does Drake, it seems. He took to Twitter to post a few Tweets which have since been deleted.

"When you're not invited to the wedding the message is clear," he wrote. "True colors have come out today. Message is loud and clear. Ties are officially cut. I'll miss you brotha."

He also wrote: "Loyalty is key... ALWAYS remember where you came from," according to E! News.

This is it, isn't it?

Our childhoods are washing away.
