Officially, Super Bowl LII was won by the Philadelphia Eagles, who beat the New England Patriots by 41 points to 33 at the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
Some might say, however, that the real winner was Justin Timberlake, whose spectacular half time performance featured a medley of memorable hits and a duet with a projection of the Twin Cities' favourite son, Prince.
Well, looks like we've got a new contender to add to the list. Step forward, Selfie Kid, this is your moment.
Yes, one lucky youngster has become the biggest meme of the NFL's dramatic season finale, simply by happening to be in the right place at the right time. The best part? Everyone involved looks like they're having the best time.

During the end of his half time show performance, Timberlake wandered up into the crowd and stopped next to the youngster, whose response wobbled between surprised (like you or I would probably react) and playing it cool (which is how we'd like to think we'd respond, only for slack-jawed awe to give us away).
After joining the slick-heeled JT in a dance, the kid whipped out his phone for a selfie. Well, you would, wouldn't you? Even though you know that in all likelihood you'll just catch your own face looking all dopey while the celeb you're trying to snap is just an unrecognisable blur in the background.

But nope, Timberlake caught on and played up to the camera, pointing directly at the lens and gurning in true pop star fashion.
