It involves a wedding, the wife and eight blokes.

Chat shows seem to be the go to thing on Friday nights when all your plans have gone to pot and there's nothing left to do but eat Cheeto's and drink cheap lager.

For the most part, it's not necessarily a bad thing because some of shows do produce the odd spattering of banter.

Graham Norton usually does this well with the ending segment to his show, where he invites members of the audience to tell a funny story on 'The Red Chair'.

There have been some good moments in the past, especially when a drunk Mark Wahlberg got his hands on the lever that flips the chair, sending everyone who sat on it flying.

On last night's show, an Irish bloke told a story about a wedding he'd been to. At the wedding the groom made a speech, and asked if he could play a game. In that game, which asked people have red dots on the back of their plates to stand up.

I'll leave the man himself to tell it because I simply won't do it justice...

The story was lapped up by Graham and his guests, meaning the young Irish bloke didn't have to worry about being flipped off his chair.

That's quite a way to get revenge on your cheating wife, but I reckon not spending a load of money on a wedding would have been a better way to go about it. However, the fact that banter prevailed over everything else here is great.
