Anyone remember Iranian teen Sahar Tabar - no? Well, maybe not her name. But what if we said the Angelina Jolie 'lookalike' who more closely resembled Tim Burton's animated Corpse Bride? Ringing a few more bells now?
She claimed to have had over 50 operations to look like the Hollywood megastar... but then that all turned out to be a load of shit. So, quite naturally, we're a little sceptical about her latest revelation.
Tabar posted a picture of herself on to Instagram where she appeared to be in a hospital bed attached to a drip.

She posted the snap on Christmas Day alongside the caption: "I've broken my neck, how many people do you pray well..."
At this stage, you're probably questioning the authenticity of the pic. For a start, we know that she has used a mixture of make-up and Photoshop to create her look in the past - but also the picture has been distorted from her neck down to her shoulders.
It would seem that our scepticism was further justified just a few days later when Tabar posted another picture of herself wrapping her pins around a pillar.

And by 'legs' I mean digitally enhanced, incredibly tiny limbs. She captioned the latest snap: "I was pretty lovely".
Hmm, not quite convinced that four days after you broke your neck you'd be gallivanting round a pillar like this to be honest.
Tabar has taken somewhat of a turn with her public profile recently, after the news emerged that the whole Angelina Jolie thing was a hoax.

It looks like she's now opting for a rather creepier account after sharing a number of spooky Halloween looks which saw her crawling around like something from The Exorcist. In one video she even hung out in a dustbin wearing a huge orange wig. Y'know, like you do on Thursday evenings.
Tabar made headlines when rumours circled about her losing 80 lbs in order to maintain a weight of 88 lbs - in a bid to look like 43-year-old Jolie.
After garnering hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram thanks to her baffling photos, people started saying that her extreme look was actually the result of makeup and good old Photoshop - with many noting the blurry, smudged backgrounds in each snap.

Eventually, she fessed up, telling Russian news outlet Sputnik that she doctored the nightmare-inducing photos as a way to 'amuse' herself.
She said: "Now I can see that I have something in common with (Angelina Jolie), but I amuse myself, and to look like someone is not my goal."
Well, if she had broken her neck - we hope she makes a speedy recovery and maybe chills out on the weird Insta posts.
