So yeah, it's 750 square ft and comes with some green cupboards and a pile of mud.

In the description of the property, Courtneys wrote: "The property is situated in a very quiet yet very central small mews just off Stoke Newington Road.

"It thus benefits from being very close to numerous bus routes and the amenities of both Stoke Newington Church Street to the north and Dalston to the south." Apparently commas cost, too.

It's situated in a gated complex (fancy) and could be turned into a two storey home if planning permission is granted.

What a bargain.

Seriously, if this isn't a perfect example of how shit the housing crisis has become and how impossible it is for anyone on an average salary to buy their own home in London - this is it.
