Fruit 'n Fibre in the 'God Tier'?

It's the most important meal of the day and many of us have a loyalty - never to deviate away from one type of cereal. Ever.

Even the cheaper, non-branded varieties - that we know deep down won't taste any different - are just a no-go area.

From Coco Pops to Shreddies, Cheerios to Frosties, or Special K to Country Crisp (for the healthier among us) we stick with them, through good times and bad.

However, a recent ranking of 20 cereals caused a stir on Twitter.

Ben Brown wrote: "Who ever [sic] put fruit n fibre in the top tier needs their head tested'.

To be fair, I'm inclined to agree. Fruit n Fibre (which I didn't even realise they still made - remember the classic adverts? AAAAAOOOOO) made it into the 'God Tier' whilst Weetabix Chocolate Chip Crispy Minis, a personal favourite, somehow ended up in the 'Shit Tier'.

As you can imagine, I'm not the only one who took a stand against the original picture, with many others responding with where they thought the certain cereals should be placed.

Ben told LADbible about where he'd place certain cereals in the rankings after his mate sent him the image purposely to rile him.

He said: "My favourite type of cereal is Cookie Crisp. It's like you can eat biscuits and milk in the morning and get away with it. It should not be anywhere near the Low Tier, it has simply brought happiness to so many. "

Ben's top four would feature: Cookie Crisp, Coco Pops, Crunchy Nut and Weetos (even though it's not on the original list).

His bottom four would be: Fruit 'n Fibre, Bran flakes, Raisin Oats and More, and Shredded Wheat.

He added: "How could you look your nan and granddad in the eyes after ranking cornflakes in the Shit Tier? Weetabix is a solid choice and deserves a mention - it's underrated and does the job."

It's clear his love of cereal goes far. "I am very protective over my cereal," he told LADbible. "It has its own space in the cupboard and my sister knows not to let anywhere near it.

Ben, importantly, added: "Also, why does cereal taste better at night?"

Valid question, Ben, valid question.
