Guy Receives Text Intended For His Boss, Calling Him A 'C**t'

Yikes.

A dad of two has revealed how he was 'stabbed in the back' by a former work mate - after receiving a sly, 'brown-nosing' text message intended for his ex-boss, branding him a 'c**t'.

Mark Nolan, 34, had worked with an agency as an engineering consultant for three years before he left after being head-hunted by a rival agency.

However, when he contacted his supposed friend at the firm to enquire about his final month's payment with his former boss, he claims the work mate accidentally sent a text intended for the boss to Mark.

The text read: "Told the cunt send the relevant info and you will be squared up his reply no worries fuck him piece of crapp."

Mark said he was 'gobsmacked' by the nature of the text. He hasn't heard from the wrongdoer since.

"As far as I was concerned, we were friends up to that point. This guy actually got me into this agency so it was incredibly awkward," he said.

"It feels like I've been stabbed in the back. This guy was obviously more pally with the boss than he was with me.

"I'm technically self-employed but I'd been doing stuff for them for three years. [He and I] had a really good relationship, or so I thought.

"Through my work I'd been getting closer to another company and the agency found out I'd been talking to them and that's why it came to an end.

"It was fairly amicable in my mind but I needed to get in touch with the owner to ask about my final wage.

"I used my friend as a go-between. Then on Friday I got a voicemail from him saying he had no idea what was going on, but asked me to get in touch with someone to give them some details.

"I replied saying 'no worries' and that's when he texted back calling me a 'cunt'."

Mark replied saying that he thought the culprit may have text the wrong person.

He said: "This was on Friday May 5 and he read it at 7.30am the next morning. I've not heard from him since and the matter has been sorted."

Mark clearly understands it was just a mistake but says it is disappointing when someone who've you worked with and built a friendship with over the years goes behind your back so savagely.

"I was at the gym with my mate Stephen when I got the text and to be honest we both thought it was hilarious," he revealed.

"Stephen reckons he's a bit of a brown-nose, although I have to say I never got that impression.

"I'm not in work at the minute but hopefully I've got something lined up."
