Pranksters in relationships, sit down. The bar for embarrassing your other halves has been raised so high, we don't think you're going to top it.
Meet US college student Zach Doell, who every day goes to collect his girlfriend from her classes in a string of rather peculiar vehicles. How peculiar, you ask? Well, there was the ice cream truck, the pizza delivery car (with its complementing pizza-slice costume) and, of course, the DIY Batmobile.

But nothing, and I mean nothing, comes close to the giant hot dog that rolled up outside the University of Louisiana, much to the dismay of his mortified missus.
The prank wasn't exactly planned either. In a chance encounter, while on his way to purchase an NFL referee costume for another, less extravagant prank, Zach spotted the Oscar Mayer 'Wienermobile' - yes, that's its name - in a car park and brazenly asked the Hotdoggers - yes, that's an actual job title - if he could borrow it.
Not being ones to stand in the way of some good ol' light-hearted mischief, the Hotdoggers agreed and... well, hot dog!
"I love to see her laugh and make her smile," Zach told the Daily Advertiser explaining why he got a kick out sourcing the most embarrassing means of transport to pick up his girlfriend.

"I will never be able to top the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. I don't know if I should retire because there's no way I can top it."
As for Zach's girlfriend... well, you didn't think she was going to take that lying down, did you?
Although slightly more reserved than her flamboyant fella, Brianna Garcia played the game and captured each experience on Snapchat, but when a compilation of the Snaps became an internet sensation, she decided to get her own back.
She teamed up with local radio station Hot 107.9 to give Zach a taste of his own medicine.

Brianna may not have been running around looking like a giant hot dog, but she did give her boyfriend a whopper of a shock when she turned up, horns blazing, in Hot 107.9's company van.
"At first I was scared," admitted Zach. "I had no idea who was honking. Usually I'm the one who'd doing it. I was so impressed with her. That was the last thing I expected."
