There's nothing quite like tooth pain. Yeah, you might have a headache or a sore foot, whatever. But when it comes to your mouth aching... I wouldn't wish it on anyone. It's agony.
Unless you're a little kid and it's a baby tooth. Those things slid out like a dog on a waterslide. But the sad fact is that when you get older and you have a bastard of a tooth, it's got to go. Or you need root canal treatment, but that's another story.
This guy, Dez, was having an arse of a toothache. It got so bad, that he enlisted the help of his mates including Jason Saddler, 28, from Leeds.

Jason told the Mirror: "He started complaining of tooth ache so we decided we should help him out.
"It took longer than when thought it would and it was a lot tougher too.
"We tried lots of different things, including pliers and attaching his tooth via a fishing line to the back of a car."

He added: "One of my mates eventually managed to pull his tooth out, I was quite grossed by it all but I couldn't stop watching."
