Having a nap at work is somewhat frowned upon at most places of work. However, Richard Branson isn't your average boss. He's awesome.
From unlimited vacation days to giving dads a year's worth of paternity leave, he's rewriting the book on how to make employees feel appreciated.
Now, the cheeky character has made the headlines for another reason - taking the mickey out of an employee who fell asleep at work. However, all is not as it seems as the guy in question was actually on standby at the time.

Branson had paid a visit to the Virgin Australia's Sydney office when it happened.
On his blog, Branson said: "I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to.
"This guy wasn't up to much at all - I caught him sleeping on the job! Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up.

"He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep. To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest."
He continued: "On the other hand, it appears that some of the ladies in the command centre have been up to quite a bit. I must have kissed three or four baby bumps. We love a Virgin birth."
What an awesome bloke.
