He's really gone for it.

Fantasy leagues are no joke. It doesn't matter if it's for footy, baseball, NFL, cricket or even croquet, fantasy leagues are as serious as it gets.

Between you and your mates there's probably a wager placed on the league, accompanied by a forfeit for whoever isn't up to scratch.

The severity of the forfeit depends on how seriously you take the league, ranging from a simple game of Red Arse, to the humiliating walk of shame around town, a lot like being led to a stoning.

Either way there's no getting out of it. It's ironclad. In fact it's probably in the bible somewhere.

This guy honoured that, as he had to pose in various famous modelling poses from ESPN's Body Issue as his forfeit for losing the league he was in.

In a video that showcases his poses, he said: "I'm sad to report that after putting my faith in the likes of Jamal Charles and Tyrod Taylor, I happened to finish dead last in my fantasy football league.

"In the past my league has had a history of making the dead last finishers perform some act of public humiliation, whether it be taking the ACTs over again, or performing stand-up at an open mic.

"This year the people in my league decided to have me recreated the ESPN Magazine's 'The Body Issue'. I hope you enjoy..."

You have to admire his attitude here, because he's absolutely given it his all. He's got the Conor McGregor naked workout snap spot on, which is as chilling as it is funny.

Back in 2015 a fella named Henry Stern had to do something similar, after he finished last in his league.

According to Dead Spin a reader named Jon let them know that his friend had done a full calendar shoot as a forfeit.

Let this serve as a warning to those who commit to a league, only to forget about it after a month.

You can't back down.
