How much do you love fried chicken? Enough to eat it every day? Twice a day? Enough to get the logo of the world's most famous fried chicken chain tattooed on your skin? No, us neither.

But that's not the case for 19-year-old Brooke Collins, who has been crowned 'Chicken Queen' by KFC after getting the famous American brand's logo permanently inked on her skin.

The Australian was on a Schoolies trip - where high-school graduates have a week-long holiday after their final exams - when she and her friend decided to get the famous logo tattooed on their feet.

When she learned that KFC Australia were searching for 'whacky anecdotes and huge displays of immense love for KFC tasty fried chicken' and that that winner would receive a year's worth of KFC, she entered the competition.

"If that doesn't show dedication and love for KFC then I dunno what does," the Sydney girl wrote on her Facebook entry to the competition.

Talking to news.com.au, she explained how she and her friend had 'bonded' over fried chicken - which obviously means they'll be friends forever - during Year 12 and 'wanted to get matching tattoos at Schoolies'.

She said: "We got to the Gold Coast and had time to kill before check-in and basically went and got the tattoos after being at Schoolies for not even half an hour! The tattoo shop people honestly could not believe us when we asked for what we wanted."

Look who's laughing now, though - as Chicken Queen, Brooke, who works at a physiotherapy clinic, will get AUS $100 worth of free products each week for the year. That's $5,200 worth of chicken money, which we are incredibly jealous about.

The company announced Brooke as the winner on July 6, which just so happened to be National Fried Chicken Day. Although that's pretty much every day for Brooke now.

Angela Richards of KFC said "National Fried Chicken Day is quite obviously one of our favourite calendar dates, so we wanted to do something special not only for the joy of fried chicken but the people who adore KFC the most.

"Nothing says, 'I love the amazing taste of the Colonel's secret recipe fried chicken', more than a year's supply of the Colonel's finest."

Chicken Queen Brooke - consider us you faithful, loyal subjects.
