Jason Momoa is someone that you should probably know by now. He starred on 'Game of Thrones' as Khal Drogo, but more recently has scored himself the lead role in the new 'Aquaman' movie.

He's filming in the Gold Coast at the moment for the highly-anticipated blockbuster, but he took a break to spend some time with the UFC Auckland team.

The group performed the haka in anticipation of the fight night.
Mark Hunt, a UFC fighter, shared the clip on social media. He captioned it: "Mean!!! Thanks brothers... Ready for war! #UFCAuckland'."

He also shared a picture of himself and the Hollywood star with the caption: "So good to have big Jason in the coast. Gave the big man a copy of Born To Fight, chur brother manuia".
Beautiful product placement of his book, I'll give him that.
It seems that 37-year-old Momoa hung around for a while and got right into the action with the rest of the team.
According to Mail, the Aquaman movie has an eye-watering $160 million budget and Momoa stars alongside massive names such as Nicole Kidman and Amber Heard.

It looks like we'll have to wait quite a while to see the movie as it's not anticipated for release until December 2018. Its description reads: "Aquaman finds himself caught between a surface world that ravages the sea and the underwater Atlanteans who are ready to revolt."
Sounds good. Only a year and a half to wait.
