You'd think Arnold Schwarzenegger would be entirely pleased with his own physique, especially given that he's more or less maintained it into a decent age.
But no, the Terminator can't stand the sight of his body. Not now, not ever.
Schwarzenegger, 69, even said: "When I look in the mirror, I throw up."

Speaking to Cigar Aficionado, the actor added: "And I was already so critical of myself, even when I was in top physical shape.
"I'd look in the mirror after I won one Mr. Olympia after another and think, 'How did this pile of shit win?'."

Still, the actor says that this self-loathing leads to stronger motivation when it comes to getting the body he desires. Like, for example, my own. But it takes a lot of hard work. I should ring him. We have his contact.
"I do lack confidence," Arnie said. "But I do the reps and do them enough that the thing itself will be doable when it's time.
"When I was competing at bodybuilding, I did so many hours of reps - on the weights, practising the poses - that when I got onstage, I was comfortable and confident.
"The more reps you do, the more you look smooth and convincing. The more you do it, the better you get... That's how you gain confidence."
