New videos have been released showing police arresting Transformers actor Shia LaBeouf for public drunkenness, obstruction and disorderly conduct in Georgia.

According to the Savannah Police Department: "Shia LaBeouf, 31, approached a bystander and an SCMPD officer asking for a cigarette. When LaBeouf wasn't given a cigarette, he became disorderly, using profanities and vulgar language in front of the women and children present.

"He was told to leave the area and refused, becoming aggressive toward the officer. When the officer attempted to place LaBeouf under arrest, LaBeouf ran to a nearby hotel. LaBeouf was arrested in the hotel lobby, where his disorderly behaviour continued."

In the video, LeBeouf says: "What did I do sir? I have rights. I have rights, I'm an American. You got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel, for doing what?

"You really got these cuffs on me heavy bro."

But as he gets placed into a police car, the actor launches into an expletive laden rant. He says: "I'm a fucking American, I pay my taxes, get this shit off my fucking arms.

"You got a President who don't give a shit about you, and you stuck in a police force that doesn't give a fuck about you. So you want to arrest white people who give a fuck, who asks for cigarettes? I came up to you trying to be nice, you stupid bitch.

"I came up to you asking for a cigarette you dumb fuck. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was racist, you stupid bitch? They got cameras everywhere you dummy. I got more millionaire lawyers than you know what to do with, you stupid bitch."

He even goes as far as saying: "If I had my gun I'd I'll blow shit up."

Once he arrived at the police station he continues to tell officers that his handcuffs are too tight and that he's in pain as well as questioning why he's in custody.

Shia's first arrest came in 2005 when he was still a teenager. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon after threatening his neighbour by driving into his car.

Two years later, LaBeouf was asked to leave a Walgreens in Chicago, but he refused. He was later arrested for criminal trespassing but the charges were dropped a month later.

Since then he's had several run-ins with police across the US and has also had a stint in rehab for alcoholism.
