Directed by David F. Sandberg, Annebelle 2 sees a doll maker and his wife open up their own home to a nun and a few orphans. Awwww.
But once they walk through the door, things are not what they seem. The kind offer soon turns into a living nightmare and accepting the invitation becomes one that the nun and orphans would regret. Regret very badly indeed.
That's because the doll maker has a creepy and possessed doll called Annabelle - who starts making life very difficult for the poor, parentless kids. Talk about kicking an orphan when it's down.

The movie is the second spin-off from The Conjuring. The first Annabelle wasn't exactly well-received and not as chilling as some may have hoped. However, if the trailer to Annabelle 2 is anything to go by, you're in for some sleepless nights ahead/horrific nightmares/shitting yourself on a daily basis... no, literally shitting your pants until you have to go and buy some more.
I think I'll pass, thank you.
