There's A Chicken Big Mac And It Looks Spectacular

There's A Chicken Big Mac And It Looks Spectacular

Not in the UK though, obviously.

There's not really many things you can do to improve a Big Mac. Maybe remove the gherkins? Depends on what you like, really.

But even if you're a gherkin hater, it's a minor blip in an otherwise perfect scenario. You see, you can have your Angus steakhouse flame grilled toasted savory bun burger bollocks, but when you're looking for a no-nonsense straight to the point order, you go for the Big Mac.

However, there are other options, such as McChicken nuggets, which always fill a hole. You may also be tempted by the McChicken sandwich, which is good, but isn't quite as good as the Big Mac.

But fear not - behold the The Grand Big Mac Chicken.

Because a lot of people like to mix and match their Maccies food, McDonald's in Australia has reportedly drawn inspiration in that, whacking two breaded chicken pieces between the buns, rather than the normal patties.

Promotional material for the burger reads: "Think of our most iconic burger. That Big Mac Special sauce. That crispy iceberg lettuce, melting signature cheese, onions, pickles, and of course, delicious chicken. That's right, chicken. At Macca's we're mixing up the classics, combining the famous Big Mac with the classic McChicken to create your new favourite burger."

Uproxx reports that they're available in Qatar, Egypt, the UAE, Spain and the Netherlands, which is expected, because all good things seem to happen away from the UK.

It's not even worth trying to get someone at the land of the golden arches to try and make one for you, as they'll probably get it all wrong.

Alex Moran knows exactly what I'm on about.

He ordered a 'plain cheeseburger' from the St John's branch in Leeds, and was only given a slice of cheese between two pieces of bread.

He was given a fucking cheese butty.

Alex said: "I couldn't believe it. The first thing I did was show one of my work friends who immediately started laughing. I didn't take it back because I didn't have enough time left on my lunch. I was a bit annoyed at first but saw the humour in it."

According to Alex, he's ordered a plain cheeseburger numerous times before, but never had this issue.

He had to eat the 'McDoanld's equivalent of a cheese toastie' due to the fact he didn't want to go hungry.
