It's been rumoured for some time that a slimmer, newer, smaller Xbox One model would be coming out and now it's finally official.
As reported in UPROXX,Microsoft has unveiled the new model at the E3 press conference, with the model reported to be a whopping 40 percent smaller. Games aficionados will also be pleased to hear that it comes with a new 2TB hard drive, along with support for Blu-ray and 4K output. It's got all the modern-day fads that mean the product should be a success.
But perhaps the most surprising element is the price, available for $299. Now it's up to Sony to reveal its PlayStation 4.5 model to counteract Microsoft's move.
