The Gogglebox star and Queen of the Jungle has posted comparison pictures to her Instagram account, visualising the shedded weight.

She managed to lose three stone in just six months in the build up to her fitness DVD which hit stores yesterday.

Speaking about the release, Moffatt took to Instagram: "Ahhh it's Christmas Eve I'm so excited! And it means only 2 more sleeps until my weight loss DVD is out in stores plus you can pre order it on Amazon now.

"I can't wait for you all to see it #weightloss #motivation #fitness"

The reality TV personality became a fitness freak after doctors warned her she was 'obese' and at a 'high risk' of developing Type 2 diabetes. News she described as 'a rocket up my bum'.

Good job, Scarlett. Almost makes me feel bad about the burrito I just ate.
