Fed up with London's soaring house prices? Take a leaf out of this guy's book.
Alex Prindiville has jibbed off the sky high property market and built himself a luxury houseboat for just £300,000.
It's pretty sick inside, too. There's two bedrooms, a lounge area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Alex, 41, said: "I love living by the water and I love great design, but as a businessman I don't want to pay over the odds for a flat if there is a better solution.

"And then I had my 'eureka' moment. I realised a houseboat would be perfect if I could find a way to transform it into the kind of place I would be happy living in."
The businessman believes his new home is the "start of an urban living revolution" and says the boat is perfect for "week day crash pad or a weekend or holiday retreat."
I'd be more than happy to live here to be fair. Just imagine the parties out on the deck!
Alex added: "Half the time you forget you're on the water - apart from when the sun comes out and you can have a drink on the deck.

"It even works for parents considering buying property for their student children because it isn't tied down to a particular location after three years is up."
Mum/dad, if you're reading this, please consider.
