'The Shermanator' From 'American Pie' Is Looking A Lot Different These Days

Remember American Pie? The seminal teen comedy which introduced us to many memorable characters that included the legendary "Shermanator"?

1999 was, you know, quite a long time ago which begs the question: what do they look like now? Still as weedy and nerdy?

Not in the Shermanator's case. These days he's looking like a successful stockbroker.

If his Instagram is anything to go by Chris Owen has come out on the complimentary side of young adulthood.

He's gone from "sophistacted sex robot" to just sophisticated.

Owen didn't bother much with the silver screen following American Pie movies - in which in American Pie 2 and American Pie Present: Band Camp - and why would he? There's no topping a role like his.

Instead, presumably, Owen just basks in the LA sun and enjoys a quieter life with his girlfriend, actress Dayna Cousins.

In 2012, he returned in American Reunion where comically his character had gotten married and had a son, Furlong, before getting divorced.

Part of us would still love to see Owen sporting the spiky, greasy hair look, mind. But definitely not the pant-pissing.
