The Uber driver who managed to stay calm after a female passenger threatened to falsely accuse him of rape has spoken out in a new video.

The man, whose identity remains unknown, posted the new footage to YouTube on Friday in which he reveals the taxi app company gifted him with a lifetime supply of phone chargers after the aggressive passenger complained about him not having one.

"I bet I will never have a problem for not having a charger anymore," he says.

"You can see over here - all kinds of chargers, man. iPhone, Samsung, auxiliary cords... everything."

Uber apparently also offered the man an undisclosed sum of money.

"I just came from the Uber office right now because I had to go there to explain what happened," he adds. "I went there and [as] soon as I give them the information and show them the video, the lady told me they were looking for me because they saw the video and they were kind of devastated.

"The manager saw the video, his manager saw the video, the boss all the way to the top, chiefs - all saw the video and were kind of speechless about it," the driver explains.

"She also said, these kind of allegations happens often, you know, where riders accuse drivers of doing stuff and guess what, the drivers get prison time, some of them get banned for life from being an Uber driver just because they didn't record it. She said this video will really change the way they work things out when this kind of problem happens."

"She [the passenger] said Donald Trump would deport me - bet Donald Trump would like me more than your dumb ass," he says.

"What she failed to understand is I came here legally...Got my paperwork legally. I work legally, I don't do drugs, I don't drink, I don't fight, I don't get in trouble, none of that shit. I just work to make a living and thanks to Uber, I don't have to be out their in the street. Just always in my car, doing what I have to do. After my shift I go back home, and I'm good."

The man ends the video post by thanking everyone online who shared the video of the ordeal, warning other drivers in his line of work to act similarly.

"I got a message for every single Uber driver out there. You better invest in a fucking dashcam," he said. "Because being an Uber driver is putting your life in jeopardy if you don't have a dashcam. Make sure you buy a dashcam, bro. It could save your life. It saved my life."
