It's just about that time of year where you suddenly realise it's too late to start working on that summer body you'd been promising yourself, because it is in fact summer already.
Time to resign yourself to stuffing your face with carbs and pouring beer down your neck for the remainder of the year before promising to hit the gym hard in January... again, and so the cycle continues.
Well, if that doesn't make you feel shitty enough, here's something to make you feel even worse.

Ryusei 'Ryuji' Imai, a huge fan of the movie star martial artist, has built up a huge following on social media with his moves and training videos.

Dubbed the Mini Bruce Lee, Imai has been watching the Enter the Dragon legend's films since he was one and is nothing short of obsessed. He started practising his moves when he hit four and now he's ripped.
When Ryuji made his first TV appearance on a South Korean show, he explained to the host that he wanted to be Bruce Lee. He said he had just been watching Lee's movies in the beginning, but now his dad was actually teaching him the moves.
Imai now even has his own home studio, complete with Bruce Lee memorabilia, specific floor markings and an ab-roller, and under his father's supervision, he has been practising the proper techniques of Jeet Kune Do.

Watching Imai's videos over time it's clear to see the speedy progression of his skills. It's like watching a real martial arts expert - so much so, in fact, that many people have referred to the kid as the actual reincarnation of Bruce Lee.
Imai uses his Instagram account to share videos of his jaw-dropping martial arts moves and to showcase his dedication and discipline.
Nothing short of remarkable for a kid of such tender years.
