Abi Clarke, Floyd Mayweather's British girlfriend, has reportedly been subject to horrific abuse in the build up to her partner's boxing match with Conor McGregor.

Fans of the fighting Irishman haven't taken to kindly to the 25-year-old, with the Daily Star claiming that she had a brick thrown through her window.

The paper reports that the brick was accompanied by a note which said: "Fuck the Mayweathers," and was allegedly thrown into her property on Thursday at 3am. The abuse started after news broke that the former The Only Way Is Essex star and Floyd Mayweather were an item.

Earlier in the week she had verbal abuse hurled at her when three men confronted her and said: "You plastic slag... You're loose. Mayweather's gonna die."

A source close to Clarke told the Daily Star: "It has been a real-life nightmare for Abi. The stuff she has had to deal with has been tough to take.

"She is genuinely worried about her safety. There are concerns that the worst could happen if things get out of control."

Neighbours of Clarke's rushed to her aid when the brick was thrown, fearing for her safety. The men who allegedly threw it then left the scene, leaving their victim in tears.

"It was horrific. Abi was understandably shaken by what happened," a close friend of Clarke told the Daily Star.

"When neighbours went round to offer support she was having a panic attack.

"It had all come out of nowhere and she didn't know what to make of it. She was sobbing and shaking."

Despite the attack, the public abuse, as well as vile messages on Instagram, she is yet to contact police or intervene, claiming she doesn't see the point.

"She doesn't see the point. She's been to them before when being harassed and the explanation always was that she's in the public eye, so there's nothing they can do about it," her friend said.

It was reported earlier this week that Clarke and Mayweather had been enjoying secret dates after meeting in Las Vegas.
