Rags to riches.

I think just about every country now has some kind of version of the Kardashians.

Anastasiya Kvitko was dubbed the 'Russian Kim Kardashian' last year for her similarities in the posterior area, love of plastic surgery and the love of a racy selfie.

Despite people comparing her to Kim Kardashian, she doesn't fully understand it and is dedicated to being herself. She also plans to become more popular than Kim.

"I don't know why, there is such a boom for Kim Kardashian, and why they decided to compare me to her," she told Russian news agency Sputnik.

"When I was 17-years-old, I was noticed by famous fashion photographer Anvar Norov, and after that I liked being a model, and continued on this path. Plus, photographers themselves wrote to me, offering to photograph me, looking at my outstanding complexion.

"Since I get a lot of offers from advertisement agencies here in the US great popularity is not far away."

Now we apparently have the 'Australian Kardashians', two sisters Ellie-Jean Coffey and Holly-Daze, who say they differ from the reality TV family as they're "actually talented".

The pair are surfers, competing in the Australian Open of Surfing in Sydney this week, but it's their rise to Instagram fame that has people talking. They've accumulated over one million followers thanks to a plethora of snaps on the beach, in the water and on their surf boards.

Speaking on Sunrise, Ellie, 22, said: "We obviously can see why we're compared because of the whole family unit.

"But, obviously we're talented - and not fabulously wealthy."

Though they're yet to hit the mega big bucks, the pair have somewhat of a 'rag to riches' story. They grew up living and traveling around in a caravan, and now, as can be seen in their photographs, live a fairly luxurious lifestyle.

They were also home-schooled prior to moving to the Gold Coast, but thanks to a sponsorship deal with Billabong and a possibility of becoming IMG models, they now fly in jets, sip posh cocktails and generally have a great time.

They're very ambitious, and hope to one day qualify for a surfing pro tour.
