Employee Has The Most Chilled Reaction To Having A Gun Pulled On Him

There's no way of knowing how you would react.

Right up until the moment that you have a weapon pulled on you, there's absolutely no way of knowing how you'll react.

You might think that you'll act all cool in that sort of situation, but for the majority of us it would be instant panic and running around like a lunatic.

However, this LAD pretty much epitomises what it means to be chill. Working at a Jimmy Johns in Kansas City, a customer pointed a gun at him as he was ordering, and he had the most nonchalant reaction ever.

The robber entered the store at around 9.15 on April 26, before brandishing the fire arm and demanding cash from the register. As he shouts and points the gun in the face of the employee, the Jimmy Johns worker seemingly doesn't care.

He continues to stay straight faced and doesn't say anything, though he does abide by the criminal's orders... As you would.

In a statement, Kansas City Police Department said: "Officers with the KCPD were dispatched to the Jimmy Johns located at 3900 Broadway Blvd. in regard to an armed robbery.

"An unknown black male wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt entered the restaurant, placed an order, then pointed a gun at the cashier demanding money from the register. Police are requesting assistance in identifying the suspect in the surveillance video. If you recognize him, please contact the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477)."

Now, police have identified the robber and have detained him while they do an investigation.

Earlier in the year two employees at a Mableton, Georgia, gun store were also held at gun point, although the owner wasn't so chilled out.

Wearing ski masks and armed with guns, a pair of robbers entered Dixie Gun and Pawn, where store owner Jimmy Groover opened fire on them.

The two men pointed their guns at an employee in the shop, when 64-year-old Groover reached for his firearm and fatally shot one, as the other fled.

CCTV captured the encounter at 11am on December 26, with the owner later defending his actions, saying he had no other choice.

"Get down on the floor, get down on the floor or I'll kill you," one of the criminals can be heard saying, before the grandfather brandishes his gun without hesitation.

"I hate that it happened," he told 13WMAZ. "I've been doing this for 30 years. Nothing like this has ever happened. I never wanted this to happen but I want to go home at night, too."

He received no charges for the two shots he landed, and it is not yet clear whether police caught the fleeing robber.
