Amazing.

It's our God given right to sit in front of a television and criticise any type of competitive show that is on.

If it's a quiz show, and a question comes up that just so happens to be something we know a lot about, if a contestant gets it wrong we go mad. "That's so obvious, how the f**k could you not get that?! Get a grip, mate."

It's the same with football, and pretty much any sport. The professionals, who are paid a lot of money to run about on a pitch doing what they're doing, clearly don't know as much as any of us. That's a fact.

Same with Ninja Warrior. If someone as ripped as The Rock turns up, looks in peak physical condition, has trained for months, and then stumbles at the first stage, we sit there shoving Pringles into our mouths saying "pathetic".

Even if they make it to the end we still criticise them. "Could have done better - looked shaky on the wall climb."

Despite this being the only thing to expect from going on those type of shows, a lot of people apply, and sometimes celebs have a crack.

Stephen Amell was one of the celebs to have a go at the Ninja Warrior course over in the states, taking part for Red Nose Day.

The Canadian actor, best known for playing Green Arrow in Arrow, is in quite impressive shape and to be honest, made mince meat of the course.

Amell likes to do his own stunts on the set of films and shows, and has had an involvement with WWE back in 2015, having actually teamed with Neville to defeat the team of Wade Barrett and Stardust. He helped win the match for his team with an acrobatic dive off the top rope. So, he's more than qualified to take on the ninja course.

Throughout the obstacles he's not so confident, at one point saying that he's terrified, as well as looking surprised himself that he's gotten as far as he has.

Fans, both at the event and commenting on Facebook were clearly impressed by Amell's efforts, labelling him a real superhero, not only for his display but also because it was in the name of charity.

All in all, a good man, whom, as the average couch potato will tell you, could have done a little better in places.
