Nothing wrong with a bit of Take Me Out, is there?
It serves two purposes. Either you watch it on a Saturday night to stop yourself from going out, and it usually suffices, as it's just enough entertainment to get you through to the latter stages of the night.
The other purpose is if you've failed at staying in and gone hell for leather on the town then it's solid hangover viewing on Sunday. Just get on the couch, have a bacon butty and give it a butchers.

Let the hang, see the over.
Since the show has developed there has been plenty more focus on the dates on the Isle of Fernandos, thanks to Mark Wright on Take Me Out: The Gossip. It basically allows us to be nosy bastards on what would otherwise be a private affair.

We still get sneak peaks on the actual show, don't you worry about that, and there always seems to be a talking point.
This time round it was Nick who stole the limelight, as during his date with Katy-Jay he committed one of the most unpardonable of all first date sins: he burped.

There's only a few things to remember for a date, and they don't have to be in any particular order.
You must remember to give your self a spray of deodorant and a splash of aftershave, to be polite, offer to pay for her food and drink, and not make disgusting bodily functions so loud and obvious.
Nick failed here. He may as well have let out a fart and then picked his nose while he was at it, really.
He didn't really seem to have an excuse, other than: "A girl has to be able to take a burp or two when hanging out with me because I just can't help myself." Funny that, because if you read that backwards it says "I'm a knob."
