In modern times people, including Pamela Anderson, have campaigned against pornography.

Taking into account the effect online adult content can have on a teenager's mind, building up a false representation of what sex is really like, it's seen that it should be digested in moderate amounts and not be as accessible as it currently is.

What these campaigners have failed to raise awareness around is the prehistoric form of magazine porn.

This strand poses different dangers to the bawdy videos found online, as this poor man found out, when he was crushed to death by his gargantuan collection.

The 50-year-old, who lived in Japan, was flattened by six tonnes' worth of magazines, which he left covering his flat.

According to the Asia Wire, the poor bloke, allegedly named Joji, was discovered by his landlord six months after the accident, as he'd gone round to see why he hadn't paid his rent.

The alleged story has been told by a cleaner who was hired to remove the masses of smutty mags from the flat, revealing that he'd been asked to help discreetly remove them to cover his shame.

The unnamed cleaner has said that it's not clear whether the man died from other causes and fell into the magazines, or whether he was simply crushed after they fell on him.

Either way, that's an incredible amount of pornography, and paper.
