If you've always seen yourself as the proud owner of a Porsche, but been sadly let down by your lack of funds then this posh estate agent might just be offering you the competition of your dreams. It's ideal for those of us with Champagne dreams and lemonade bank balances, because he's flogging his beautiful Cayman to one lucky bugger for just twenty of your English pounds.

Naturally, there's a bit of a catch.

Ed Bezzant, from London, is going to be raffling off his Porsche Cayman for £20 ($25) a ticket.

But before you commend the guy for such a generous gesture, let me tell you that Ed is trying to shift 2,500 tickets, so he'll end up with £50,000 ($64,336), which is more than the sticker price of a brand new 718 Cayman, which costs £42,897 ($55,197).

Still, doesn't take away from the fact that the winner will have only paid £20.

Sharing details of the car's unusual sale on Instagram, Ed wrote: "Selling my Porsche for £20 - I am selling 2500 tickets to answer a quiz in order to win my Porsche.

"This will take place once all 2500 are sold and I will put every single entry in to an Instagram live draw - this is 100% genuine and someone will be signed over the papers to the car if they are picked.

"You can buy as many entries as you like. All will be confirmed via email, as well as how to pay."

The post continued: "Let the game begin - in order to win you will have to answer correctly the year the first Porsche was made as well as some quickfire answers related to this car (car has 32k miles, brand new tyres, new service, air filter and a fresh paint)."

Excuse me, I'm just off to get a ticket...
