A US judge has granted actress Chloe Grace Moretz with a restraining order against a stalker who followed her home and tried to gain access to her house.

The 20-year-old Kick Ass star also told the court of how obsessive fan Terry Daniel Quick followed her and boyfriend Brooklyn Beckham to a concert and club.

Moretz said that the couple are both living in fear of the stalker, reports the Mirror.

Quick, who bragged on Twitter that the young actress was his 'wife' and the 'love of [his] life', will now have to 'stay 100 yards away from Chloe and have no contact with her, her mother and her brother', as ruled by the judge.

Explaining why her family members also needed protection, Moretz wrote, "The persons are family members, whom reside and work together," adding that Quick had also "followed and harassed them while stalking me and has harassed and confronted them."

The celebrity couple recently rekindled their relationship, having previously struggled due to distance and work commitments.

Despite their romance, Brooklyn has admitted that he has had a lot of female attention since he started studying at his new college.

Speaking to The Cut, he said: He said: "I like people from school but there are a few fangirls in the school ... Sometimes, I have to be like, 'I'm going to be with you for like, four years, so chill.

"I mean, it's gotten better. They understand and they respect it, but it's just at the beginning, it's such a shock to them, so it's fine."

However, despite all the fame and attention, the young lad remains pretty grounded. In a July interview with Miss Vogue, he says: "I have always accepted the pros and cons. I have to be more careful as a teenager where I go and what I do but I have been in a position to experience incredible things that other kids may not have access to."

He added: "In general we are brought up like any other family. My parents are strict but the most important thing they have taught me is to be humble and kind and to always treat others as I would like to be treated myself."

The eldest of the Beckham kids, Brooklyn is now focussing on his photography and recently assisted Nick Knight, who was the first photographer to shoot mum Victoria for Vogue. As a brit pop fan, he hopes one day to shoot Liam Gallagher.
