When you think of the Paul brothers, you probably think of blond hair, YouTube and the fact they're both bloody loaded.

Well, the younger Paul, Jake, has got people's knickers in a twist after posting an advert for an intern which doesn't mention any form of payment... Unless of course you count 'real life experience, connections, exposure and a whole lotta fun' as sufficient remuneration.

The 22-year-old shared the 'in-house producer and engineer' internship advertisement on Twitter and Instagram and people were quick to point out the fact there was no mention of payment.

The advert read: "If you are a young aspiring music producer & engineer, pls read.

"We are in need of a full time in-house producer/engineer who will mainly act as an engineer for us.

"This will be an internship position and will provide you with real life experience, connections, exposure, & a whole lotta fun.

"We want a hard working person who's proficient in recording on all softwares (pro tools, logic, fl, ableton, etc..)."

Of course, the advert doesn't say the role is unpaid, but most of us know from experience that it's best to steer clear from ads that talk a lot about 'fun' and not a lot about money. Added to that the fact the bloke is a millionaire, and safe to say people got fairly annoyed by the whole thing.

Responding on Twitter, one person said: "Full time in-house producer who is also an intern - bro you can afford to pay em ya cyber bully"

Another said: "Omg hi Jake I am enjinur from Ireland and would like work with you for exposure. Mine interests include getting shafted by rich boys. Pls write bac"

A third added: "That's always a card they pull for twitter artists. Oh ILL PAY YOU IN EXPOSURE. Yeah alright man. I'll just get paid in exposure and not be able to turn the lights on because my bills overdue."

That's just a flavour. There are countless responses of a similar tone.

... So if the guy is planning on paying, he may be wishing he'd mentioned that in the ad, 'cause it's been a bit of a PR disaster.
