A private plane carrying some of singer Pink's crew - including her manager - crashed when it was landing in Aargus Airport, according to reports.

Footage shows firefighters rushing to the scene and tackling the fire at the crash site after the jet came down following its journey from Oslo, Norway.

It is believed that the Cessna 560XL plane caught fire minutes before landing with reports suggesting that none of the 10 people on board got hurt.

The Grammy-winning singer and mum-of-two was not on the plane herself.

The aircraft is said to have been carrying seven passengers: four US citizens, two Australians, and one British national, as well as pilots from Germany and Austria and a German stewardess.

Sky News reported that the crew were on their way to the next stop in Pink's Beautiful Trauma tour in the Danish city of Horsens.

The singer's promoter in Norway, Kristin Svendsen, told Norwegian newspaper VG: "Pink was not personally on board, but her manager and several other members [on] the tour were, but it all turned out OK."

The fire department was on hand to put out the flames.

According to VG, it was around 00:38 on Tuesday (6 August) when East Jutland police were notified that a plane was starting to burn on its way from Oslo to Aarhus.

Once it had landed, the fire department was able to extinguish the fire and it is thought that the Accident Investigation Board will look into the matter.

Police said that they couldn't comment on the circumstances or possible causes pending the investigation.

When the news broke, people took to Twitter to pass on their well wishes. One said: "Hope you guys okay. Sending prayers and love too you guys."

Another added: "Omg!!!! Praying for their families...and for @Pink. because she cares about her staff and is probably hurting right now. Much love and light sent their [sic] way."

A third wrote: "Singer songwriter @Pink is one of my favourites. Her voice is beautiful. Tragic that her crew and band's plane crash landed after performing in Norway??? Hopefully everyone is okay and Pink wasn't on the plane."
