KFC's Mac 'N Cheese Zinger Might Make You Want To Move To Singapore

A hangover is presumably far more bearable in Singapore

Can't decide whether you want a chicken burger or a mac 'n' cheese... or a move to Singapore?

Well fret no more, you can move to Singapore and get a chicken burger and a mac 'n' cheese all rolled into one. The perfect solution.

The KFC Mac 'N Cheese Zinger is currently only available in the Asian island country, but it has got hangover cure written all over it. In fact, it seems a travesty that these beautiful creations aren't available in every one of The Colonel's outlets upon this planet.

The key differential with this Zinger is the absence of bread, which is substituted with coated mac 'n' cheese and 'moulded into cheesy patties then fried to perfection'. Because if we're honest, the bread is really just a place to put your hands when eating a burger, and is really no match for deep fried mac 'n' cheese in terms of deliciousness.

But The Colonel and his cronies weren't worried the mac 'n' cheese patties might make this creation overly cheesy. In fact, they decided to ladle on extra KFC cheese sauce.

The KFC Mac 'N Cheese Zinger does look pretty bloody food-coma inducingly good.

Then, sandwiched between these two supremely cheesy patties, lies the KFC Zinger fillet, which is topped with crispy turkey bacon... and salad.

People on Twitter definitely seemed enticed by the creation.

One person said: "Trying to lose weight but look what KFC came up with."

Another added: "I don't even like mac n cheese but that KFC mac n cheese looks good and it has zinger chunks in it."

Another simply wrote: "The new KFC mac'n' cheese zinger is tempting."

The burger was released on Wednesday in Singapore for the equivalent of £4.31 ($5.52), but of course, flights out there are going to cost you considerably more.

In truth, I wouldn't really advise quitting your job, upping sticks and starting a new life in Singapore purely because of this Zinger. It's actually only available while supplies last, so by the time you've tied up your loose ends, sorted your visa and found somewhere to live they may well all be gone.

So yeah, if you're hell-bent on getting your lips around this puppy then it will probs have to be a hastily arranged last-minute holiday. Or you could just ignore this limited edition fast food snack, go on holiday wherever you want and eat the authentic local food on offer there. You sad bastard.
