We're generally told to watch our weight, count our calories, eat healthily and live longer.
Of course, we're all also capable of drinking 10 pints and smashing a sausage supper on the way home as well, but we tend to do that with at least a smidgen of guilt - or at the very least, self-awareness.
For some people, however, there is no off-switch. And it is to these people that I am speaking when I say: behold the Monster Grill.
It's a veritable smorgasbord of heart attack-inducing delights, weighing in at two kilograms and containing in excess of 6,000 calories in one sitting.

The Monster Grill features 10 chicken satay skewers, five sausages, five kofta meatballs, a 7oz sirloin steak, half a peri-peri chicken, a pound of chips and - if you're worried that it might all be a little unhealthy - some corn on the cob, courgette and peppers.
The Monster Grill is available at Yee Rah Wok and Grill in Liverpool and if that menu seems like the sort of that gets you off your arse and into a restaurant, it'll set you back £55 ($73).
Of course, should you finish it, it's free and you'll get your photo on the wall and a t-shirt to boot. A more roomy t-shirt than the one you arrrived in, I assume.

"We launched it in November to offer the people of Liverpool something a bit different," said Yee Rah social content manager Mariel Ono. "It's the first grill challenge we've offered, we think it's the ultimate meat feast.
"We've had 17 people attempt to beat our Monster Grill challenge with only one person succeeding in 51 minutes and 59 seconds. There's a great atmosphere when people are taking it on."
"The guy who completed the Monster Grill had all his friends cheering him and the staff gathered round to encourage him. By the end he had this look of pure victory on his face, he was so proud of himself."

Twenty-five-year-old One added: "We usually get big groups of lads coming in or couples will order it and share. People will often start off pretty confident feeling like they're going to smash it but as time ticks on it proves to be too much. It's pretty tough.
"We've got a few rules: you're not allowed to be sick half way through and carry on eating, you've got to finish it and there's no sharing. We'd encourage people to come and see if they can slay the monster."
So if you were wondering where to take your Nan out for her birthday tea, where you can find a place fit to be married in, or simply looking to eat so much that you'll expire on the spot, then you know where to go.
