If you've been playing Fortnite: Battle Royale, chances are you're hooked like the other 3.4 million worldwide users. The free online game has taken the Internet by storm, causing a bit of controversy along the way with one parent pushing for it to get banned - because she says it changed her son.

But that's okay. It's 2018 and people seem to have an issue with everything.

There's no denying the multiplayer online game has it's positives. I guess you'd rather your kid was at home playing Fortnite than sat on a park bench drinking WKD or necking back cans of Stella.

If you fancy yourself as a bit of an expert at the game, then you could actually be making yourself some good money by playing it. It's not just Fortnite, you could be doing the same on Call of Duty and even FIFA.

Being a bit shit at a game can sometimes be embarrassing, and that's exactly why you can make money. People are paying for private tutors to help them get better.

A site called Bidvine allows gaming pros to sell their services as 'buddies', and has just launched the feature for Fortnite.

You can't just rock up and pretend your an expert and start making money though, there's a certain criteria you need to hit. For example you need to have finished first at least 25 times in order to be eligible to be a Fortnite coach, though the site reckons that based on what existing gaming coaches earn on their marketplace you can expect to make around £30 an hour.

People who want a coach register their details, what area they want coaching on and what time is best for them and coaches can then bid for services. It's as simple as that.

Russ Morgan, co-founder of Bidvine, said: "We know how popular Fortnite has become since its release, and we're hoping that our service will help out those of us who never quite finish first.

"With Fortnite there is a definite need for tactical guidance, whether you choose to fight or hide, you've got to have a plan - so why not hire a Pro Buddy to help you?"

So if you fancy yourself as a Fortnite geek, what are you waiting for? This could be your dream job.
