A man who shared his incredible 18-stone loss on Instagram, is now being supported by his followers, who are crowdfunding for surgery to have his loose skin removed.
Jack Towers saw his weight creep up to 34-stone after indulging on unhealthy food such as chocolate, crisps and takeaways.

Deciding enough was enough, Jack joined Slimming World, and began an exercise regime in January last year. Pretty soon the weight began to drop off and has since reached his target weight of 15-stone.
The 21-year-old documented his weight loss on Instagram, where he has gained a huge and loyal following, who he hopes to inspire with his weight-loss and recipe ideas.
However, as a result of his impressive weight loss Jack has been left with rolls of excess skin, that no amount of dieting or exercise will get rid of.
The only option is surgery, which will cost around £25,000, as the operation isn't available NHS.

Jack said: "It can be risky surgery as it is a full body lift which can be quite intense. But after a great consultation and fantastic after-case with the team, and all involved, I've decided that I will be going ahead with the operation.
"Unfortunately, the NHS have rejected my application so I'm looking at around £23-£25,000 out of my back pocket but that's how I've decided to go forward.
"Having loose skin isn't anything to be ashamed of, it's part of my journey and something I'll always be proud of."

Adding that he understands that NHS can't afford to fund the surgery, saying: "If the money isn't there, that's fine and that's life."
Now, Suzie Skene, one of Jack's followers, has set up a GoFundMe page to help him raise the cash and get the surgery.
Suzie said: "He is a young guy who has been following a healthy eating plan and has currently lost over 18 stone which is amazing!
"Surgery is going to cost him a lot of money, he isn't getting this surgery on NHS so he has to pay it out his own pocket. He has thousands of followers on Instagram, and if every person donated he could reach his target in no time."

The target has been set at £35,000 with any extra cash raised being donated charity. If you want to help out, you can do so here.
