'Once a raver, always a raver' is a mantra lived by many. But for this trance-loving couple, the rave found them later in life and now they refuse to stop their partying ways despite being well into their fifties.
Tonia Semeraro, 57, and partner Nic Grecas, 59, have revealed how they love going to raves - and have lifted the curtain on their lifestyle that sees them attend events all over the UK and Europe.
Their love for the sesh is so strong, they're even planning on having a trance rave wedding reception later this year.

The pair make it to around two raves per month, and it's not just their relationship that's benefited from it - since ditching couch time for club time, Tonia and Nic have both lost a whopping seven stones in weight from all that dancing.
The couple take a healthy approach to their club nights, ensuring they get lots of sleep and drink plenty of water so they can keep dancing all night. It works so well, as they often out-party many of their younger peers.
Tonia said: "We might be older than the average trance raver but we absolutely love it.

"People are always calling us inspiring due to our age and some of our family think we're crazy but we love partying.
"It has given us a new lease of life and we have both lost weight from attending raves and dancing so much.
"We can dance for much longer than those half our age as we stay tee-total and keep hydrated with water.

"I will even take the occasional power nap if the rave is a very long one it gives me an energy boost and I'm ready for another few hours of dancing.
"We would attend raves every single weekend if we could afford it as the atmosphere is great, everyone is so friendly and there's never any trouble as everyone is there for the music."
Dressed head to toe in neon rave gear, the pair - who have been together for 15 years - are often asked for selfies by fellow party-goers.
Their love for the club has even infiltrated their home life.

"Me and Nic have so much fun and as we have only been attending raves together for two years we have a lot of catching up to do," Tonia continued.
"Nic has even been inspired to start mixing music on his own decks at home."
Yes, Nic - we fully hope to be seeing him spinning the decks at your local megaclub in the near future.
They went on to describe how raving has changed their lives for the better and are now urging everyone to give it a crack themselves - no matter what their age.

"I'd tell anyone at any age to try trance raving, it's an amazing experience and being older makes no difference," Tonia added.
At what age is it time to hang up the glowsticks? As proven by Tonia and Nic, there is no limit.
