If you're looking for a perfect place for a big family reunion - perhaps a special birthday or a big gathering? - then you could do worse than taking a look at this frankly ridiculous Airbnb property on offer in the USA.
It's got one of the largest residential pools going, as well as a bar that you can swim up to, and a lazy river that you can simply float away down once you've got hold of your drink.
The plus-points to the property don't end there, either. In fact, just about everything about it makes it the perfect place to spend a few days.
The house is - pretty aptly - called The Pool House, and it's in Scottsdale Arizona.
The owners of the property reckon they've spent about $500,000 (more than £380,000) creating this idyllic pool set-up, complete with - they say - one of the largest pools that can be found at any residential property in the state of Arizona.
Obviously, you've got the gigantic pool, the lazy river, and the swim-up bar area, but there is actually a whole load more to the gaff than just that.
There are seven bedrooms in the property, a ball sports court - which obviously has a basketball hoop - and a miniature golf driving range.
If that all sounds a bit active for you, there are also hammocks in the garden, and a large terrace with barbecue area for chilling out and eating some al fresco food.
Inside, the bedrooms look pretty plush, and the bathrooms have huge tubs in them. If barbecue isn't your bag, there's a huge dedicated kitchen that can also be used to rustle up some grub.
After your dinner, there's also a games room that has table football and shuffleboard in it.
Not bad. Not bad at all.
On top of all this - yes, there's more - you can book extra stuff on top too. Want a full concierge service? They've got that.
Massages, yoga sessions, outside catering? All options you can pay for, too.
In short, it's the Airbnb you've been dreaming of all these years.
Oh, and here's the best bit - it's not really that expensive.
So, it's all relative, but prices start at £1,690 per night. OK, so that sounds steep, but if you consider that it sleeps 16 people, then that's £105 per night.
Of course, you have to spend a minimum of three nights there, so it's more like £315 per person, and you'll have to fly to Arizona, too, but - hey - you only live once.
