If you're sat on a spare £2.5 million, you could soon be the proud owner of your very own Caribbean island.
The 10-acre tropical paradise comes with a stunning mansion property and sits in the azure waters of the Bahamas.

The place is called Victoria Point Cays and it's got a boat dock, palm-tree-lined beaches, the works. It could be yours, too. That's if you've got a significant amount of disposable income.

The island is near to Andros - another Bahamian island - and is being listed for outright sale on www.vladi-private-islands.de for $3.1m (£2.5m) should you fancy taking a wee look.
The listing says: "Victoria Point Cays consists of two separate cays located in the South Bight of Andros just south of Mangrove Cay, Andros with a total of nearly 10 acres.
"The island is complete with amazing beaches, palm trees, protected boat dockage, good elevations and is surrounded by the most amazing azure waters. These islands bring your private island dreams to life."
