Post Malone Makes Touching On-Stage Tribute To Mac Miller

Post Malone is the latest star to honour Mac Miller in an onstage tribute.

Twenty-three-year old Post Malone performed at the KAABOO Del Mar festival in San Diego on Friday, while wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with roses, hearts and the words 'RIP Mac Miller'.

This isn't the first time Malone has shared a tribute to the Miller, who tragically died earlier this month aged just 26.

Taking to social media he wrote: "God fucking dammit. You were such an incredible person. You changed so many lives. Had so much love your heart. You inspired me throughout high school, and I wouldn't be where I was today without you. Never a more kind and sincere and beautiful person. I fucking love you, Mac."

In an interview with TMZ, Malone added: "He was a fucking, such a beautiful fucking dude and such a sweet dude and loved everybody. I grew up listening to his music and he really inspired me.

"It fucking sucks. He was just too sweet, super nice. We played beer pong at the studio and kicked ass and we were supposed to do an album.

"We're all thinking about you and we miss you buddy, very, very much."

He also revealed that he and Miller had planned to work on an album together in the future, telling Rolling Stone magazine that they had been jamming together and had a 'great time'.

In a touching post on Twitter, Malone wrote: "We'll make that album one day bubba. Miss you so much."

Malone isn't the only star to share a heart-broken response to the rappers sudden death. Last night his ex-girlfriend Ariana Grande shared a video of them both and wrote: "I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen and I always will. I can't believe you aren't here anymore. I really can't wrap my head around it. We talked about this. So many times.

"I'm so mad, I'm so sad I don't know what to do. You were my dearest friend. For so long.

"Above anything else. I'm so sorry I couldn't fix or take your pain away. I really wanted to. The kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved.

"I hope you're okay now. Rest."
