When most people want to surprise their other half, they go for a home-cooked meal, some flowers or a bottle of wine.
It's pretty rare to hear of someone going under the knife in a bid to keep the romance alive.

Galina, from Lipetsk in Russia, saved money to pay for a breast enlargement, planning to surprise her husband - but tragically, her heart stopped while she was under anaesthetic.
Although doctors restarted her heart, her brain had been without oxygen for three minutes.
She had been in a coma for the last 13 months, while friends and family hoped she would make a miraculous recovery, and has now sadly passed away.

The Russian mum of two went in for the surgery on 17 April last year, when she was just 29 years old.
A friend of Rakushina has reportedly said she "wanted to surprise her husband by enlarging her breasts after having her children. She had secretly saved money for the operation."
Ren TV reported: "Her brain was without oxygen for too long. Her heart was not beating for more than three minutes when doctors started reanimation."
Rakushina had a daughter and a son with her husband Alexander.

It's believed that they are to investigate unsafe medical services at the clinic, which has not been named.
She was rushed to a major medical hospital from the clinic, but never woke up from her coma.
Friend Kristina Korostina said: "All of us believed in a miracle and hoped for it.

A similar investigation is taking place at a clinic elsewhere in Russia, where four patients died in mysterious circumstances in a matter of weeks.
There are rumours that an 'angel of death' nurse is at work at MedLounge clinic, where a well-known stock exchanger died three weeks after cosmetic surgery.
Fifty-four-year-old Natalia Orlova went in for a facelift but suffered from acute spinal pain and liver and kidney failure shortly afterwards, eventually passing away a few weeks later.

Orlova's daughter was told by three doctors that a poisonous substance was in the anaesthetic, which has now been seized by law enforcement, she told the Moscow 25 TV channel.
There are also two women in critical condition after undergoing cosmetic surgery at the clinic.
