The Royal Wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was a bloody huge spectacle that involved big-name celebrities, an energetic bishop, a distracted Prince George and tearful Duke of Sussex.

There were hundreds who were invited to the big bash inside St George's Chapel in Windsor and even more who were lucky enough to be in the forecourt to see the happy couple once the ceremony was done.

One of those people was a boy that Prince Harry befriended while he was in Lesotho 14 years ago.

The Duke of Sussex went to the African country in 2004 for a two-month trip, where he worked with an orphanage and tried to raise awareness to the world that Lesotho was struggling with AIDS, poverty and drought.

It was there that he met Mutsu, who was just four at the time, and the duo were pictured hanging out together, planting a tree and being pretty good mates.

Sentebale, a charity set up by Prince Harry, has tweeted a picture of Mutsu, albeit all grown up, standing outside the chapel in Windsor.

Also attending from Lesotho was Prince Seeiso and Princess Mabereng, who said: "The young Harry who first arrived in Lesotho in 2004 is now a grown man getting married.

"I've come here with all the wishes of Lesotho, I'm not here on my own behalf I'm here representing the entire nation who are so happy."

Charity chairman Johnny Hornby told the Daily Express: "[Mutsu's] a bit shy now, but he's doing really well. He's just finishing school."

They were pictured most recently two years ago before the boy performed with the Basotho Youth Choir in the UK.

The 18-year-old was one of 2,460 members of the public who were handed a Golden Ticket to stand in the garden directly outside St George's Chapel to greet Harry and Meghan and they also got to watch their first kiss as a married couple.

Those invited were, according to the Daily Mail, charity, workers, local volunteers, community heroes and people who have 'made their cities, towns and villages a better place to live'.

While they might not have got an inside look at the whole ceremony, they did get to walk away with a goodie bag, which reportedly contained a giant chocolate coin, a tin of shortbread, a fridge magnet, a bottle of branded Windsor Castle water and a wedding programme.

Oh, and a voucher for 20 percent off in the castle shop - cheeky.
