Some people travel far and wide in search of miraculous healing, going to ancient religious sites in the hope of healing themselves of terrible afflictions.

Others go to see Plymouth Argyle in a thrilling five-goal League One derby.

Footage has gone viral of a man in his pushing himself around in a wheelchair during Plymouth Argyle's 3-2 win over south-coast rivals Bristol Rovers, before 'miraculously' jumping out to a standing ovation from fellow supporters.

After 'exploring' the stand concourse for several seconds, the man eventually jumps out of his chair, much to the the surprise of other supporters, who cheer their approval.

However, it's quite clear that the unknown man is not disabled, with fans sarcastically cheering, 'It's a miracle, it's a miracle'.

Although the man's identity remains unknown, it's thought he had 'borrowed' the chair from a young fan, who later explained what happened on Facebook.

The Sun reports that the teenage fan wrote: "It's my chair, I am a disabled 14 year old and leave my chair to one side during the game. This guy borrowed it.... It's called having a laugh that's all."

Sounds like everyone (the boy included) had a bit of a laugh and no one needs to worry about getting upset, though of course, someone will.

The incident was a hell of a lot more enjoyable than scenes elsewhere around the stadium. Following a late Plymouth Argyle penalty which saw the team win the game, crowd trouble erupted among Bristol Rovers fans, which is now being investigated.

Fans from both teams were seen goading one another, with Rovers' supporters complaining that Argyle manager Derek Adams had incited a reaction from them with sarcastic applause.

Many of them also expressed unhappiness with the performance of the referee and the linesmen, in a first for football.

The game itself was a more enjoyable affair. Bristol Rovers went a goal up in the twelfth minute before Argyle equalised shortly after the half hour, only to be pegged back again two minutes later.

The Pilgrims equalised three minutes after the interval, and wrapped up victory in the 85th minute thanks to a Graham Carey penalty which leaves them just a point outside League One's play-off zone.

Between them, The Pilgrims and The Pirates share two of the most nautically themed nicknames in football, which is an achievement in itself; something that no number of Champions League and Premier Cup trophies could ever compete with.

Your move, Pep.
