A father and son duo have given themselves a mammoth task after buying this four-bedroom fixer-upper for £100,000.
Now, it's fair to say a lot of old houses will need a bit of work doing on them before new buyers want to move in. But this one is going to take a lot of doing up to knock it into shape - because it's absolutely covered in bird poo.

The house, in Devon, was on the market for the bargain basement price of £45,000 but ended up being sold to property developers John and Guy Jones, who say they're up for the challenge.
The property's write-up describes it as a 'proper renovation project, not for the faint-hearted' - and they're not wrong as it has missing windows, no first-floor staircase, collapsed ceilings and rotten floorboards - as well as the upper floors being covered in bird poo, which is up to 2ft-thick in some places. Lovely.
The description adds that the house is 'likely to require a complete strip out and re-fit'.

However, if you're willing to look past all that, like John and Guy, what you'll see if a large, four-bedroom terraced house situated in pretty Ilfracombe with plenty of outdoor space and stunning views over the Bristol channel.
The Jones' got the house at auction last Friday and have said they 'fancied the challenge' of doing it up. Well, I think it'll certainly be that.
Guy said: "I just wish that less people had seen it. I could have got it a bit cheaper."

Although he admitted it would be a 'nightmare' to clean up, he also revealed he was 'looking forward' to getting stuck in - rather you than me, mate.
Webbers estate agent director Lee Hussell said: 'The lady who lived here kept herself to herself and has now moved into rented accommodation. The property is in a very sorry state of repair but has massive potential.'
The estate agent also said that he was taken aback by the level of interest the house had got, after it started to appear in a number of news outlets.

He added: "It was picked up all over the UK and then we saw it popping up on sites in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. People were sharing it left, right and centre."
